Marlo started pursuing her interest in photography in 2011. In 2012, she joined one of the premier camera clubs in her country.  She had garnered several grand prize-winning shots over the years through the club's monthly contests. She eventually honed her skills in capturing different photography genres as well as photo editing by attending various local and international workshops. 

 

Marlo had her first solo exhibition in November of 2017. In early 2018, her photographs were displayed at the National Design Centre of Singapore during the Singapore Art Week. Before that, she had joined several exhibits organized by the club and other gallery institutions. Her photographs reflect her style - calm, tranquil, and minimalist. They are found in private collections in the country, Paris, and Singapore.

In 2018, she discovered her natural gift in painting. Since then, she's been experimenting with realistic-impressionism and abstract paintings.
